Using this website

These terms apply to itouchrelief.com and direct purchases from this website. ITouch Relief provides product information, an online store and customer support. Contact support@itouchrelief.com with questions about an order or these terms. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.

Product information and safe use

Read the instructions, contraindications and warnings supplied with your specific device before use. Website illustrations and educational information do not diagnose a condition or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Results vary. Use only compatible accessories and follow the permitted programs and electrode placement in the device manual.

Orders, prices and availability

Review the product, quantity, delivery address, currency, shipping and total at checkout before placing an order. Prices and availability may change. The final payable amount and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Contact support promptly if an order confirmation contains an error. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you about the available resolution and any applicable refund.

Accounts

Keep your login details confidential and provide accurate account and delivery information. Do not use another person’s account without permission. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized use.

Delivery and international orders

Available delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery timing depends on stock, destination and carrier conditions. Provide a complete and accurate address. Customs duties, import taxes or other destination charges may apply where they are not included at checkout. Contact support before ordering if you need clarification for your destination.

Returns and cancellations

For direct website purchases, the existing return policy allows new, unopened items in original condition and packaging to be requested for return within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Opened or used products and final-sale items are excluded from change-of-mind returns, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Contact support before sending anything back. Report damaged, defective or incorrect products promptly so we can arrange the appropriate next step. Original delivery charges and return shipping may not be refundable; any applicable charge or restocking fee must be explained before you proceed. Promotional gifts or discounts may affect the refund. Refunds approved after inspection are returned through the original payment method. Orders already being processed may need to follow the return process rather than cancellation. For store, kiosk or event purchases, contact the seller shown on your receipt for its policy.

Warranty

True Touch and MD-9 include the two-year warranty described with your purchase. Product-specific coverage, exclusions, proof-of-purchase requirements and shipping arrangements are handled through our warranty support page. A warranty does not remove applicable statutory rights. Ask our team to confirm coverage for other devices and accessories.

Vouchers, rewards and applications

A voucher is subject to its stated eligibility, value, validity and redemption conditions. Submitting a voucher request does not confirm approval. The loyalty rewards program is marked “Coming soon”; purchases do not currently earn points through that program. Ambassador and distributor applications are inquiries and do not by themselves create a partnership, employment relationship or exclusive territory.

Intellectual property and responsible use

The ITouch Relief name, branding and website materials are owned by or used with permission by their respective rights holders. Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent information, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its operation. Contact us for permission before using our brand assets for commercial purposes.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of website information. We may update these terms for future use and purchases; the terms applicable at the time of your order remain relevant to that order. For questions or disputes, contact support so we can review the matter with you. These terms do not impose a different jurisdiction or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
