This policy describes how ITouch Relief uses information collected through itouchrelief.com, our online store and our support forms. For privacy questions or requests, email support@itouchrelief.com.

When you shop, create an account or contact us, we receive information such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping details, order information and the contents of your request. Distributor and ambassador applications may include business details, location and social-media profiles. Warranty requests may include your product model, serial number and proof of purchase. Please do not send medical records, passwords or complete payment-card details through our forms.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps and technical logs to deliver and protect the website. Essential cookies or local storage support your cart, account session, language preference, form security and saved cookie choices.

How we use information

We use information to process payments and orders, arrange delivery, manage accounts, respond to applications and support requests, administer warranties, prevent fraud and meet recordkeeping obligations. A support request is not an agreement to receive promotional emails. Any optional marketing subscription should be a separate choice.

Payments and service providers

Our WordPress and WooCommerce store works with service providers for hosting, payment processing, email delivery, shipping and security. These include GoDaddy hosting, Google email and reCAPTCHA, and the payment provider you choose at checkout, such as PayPal or Square when available. Payment details are handled through the selected payment service; the website forms are not intended to collect complete card numbers. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Optional analytics and cookies

Optional website analytics are disabled until you accept them through our cookie preferences. When enabled, Google Analytics can help measure website visits and general page use. Our integration excludes account and checkout pages, strips query strings from reported page addresses and does not send form contents. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. You can choose essential cookies only or change your choice through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. A browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional analytics disabled. Security and spam prevention

Forms use validation and spam protection, including Google reCAPTCHA where displayed. Google may process technical information for this protection. See Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We use HTTPS and access controls to protect the website. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and international processing

Order, support and account records are kept for business, accounting, warranty, security and applicable legal purposes. The appropriate retention period depends on the type of record and the obligations that apply. Our team and providers operate across countries, so information may be processed outside your country.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us about access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights available where you live by emailing support@itouchrelief.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to your information. Some records may need to be retained for orders, legal obligations or disputes. Children and external links

This store is intended for adults. It is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, payment providers or other third-party websites take you to services governed by their own policies.
